Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched up to one working day after order authorisation. Please give pre-order shipments up to two weeks to be packaged and shipped.  Contact us if overnight shipping is available on eligible items. 

 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

 

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.
